Happy Hour Friday - Carrie Me


Carrie Me

2 oz. vodka

2 oz. white peach puree

1 oz. ginger-infused simple syrup

½ oz. lemon juice

Silver and pink sanding sugar (for rim)

Silver sugar beads


To make the peach puree, peel a peach and put it in a blender for about 10-15 seconds. To make the ginger syrup, bring half a cup of water and half a cup of sugar to a boil in a small saucepan. Throw in some fresh chopped ginger. Reduce, and stir until the mixture thickens. Strain out the ginger and let the syrup cool to room.
